1-Order will be informed to Kimpeks by fax /mail with official order form which include definition of products ; colour ; gr/m2 ; bordur ; accessories ;embroidery; packing ; delivery time ; shipment details etc.
2-Order is evaluated by customer represantative and sent to each department to get production appropirateness. After receiving approval from each department ; order confirmation form sent to customer by customer represantative
3-Production procedure starts when order confirmation form is sent to Kimpeks with customer signature and stamp.
4-Production quality standart is AQL 2,5 - 4
5-All standarts for products ;
Shringkage tolerance : 5%
+ ; - gr/m2 tolerance : 5 %
Shipment quantity tolerance : + ; - 5%
All products pile loss is max. 0,18 %
6-Delivery time standarts is at below ( after all details of order become definite ) ;
Dobby and plain dyed towels and bathrobes : 4 weeks
Jaquard towels and bathrobes : 5 weeks
Yarn dyed - dobby towels and bathrobes : 6 weeks
Yarn dyed - jaquard towels and bathrobes:6-7 weeks
Customer represantative can give you different delivery time because of production situation.
7- Sample delivery date is at below ( after all details become definite ) ;
Dobby -plain dyed towels and bathrobes :7 days
Jaquard -plain dyed towels and bathrobes :10 days
Yarn dyed - jaquard towels and bathrobes : 20 days .( for each new design, we have to add 3 extra days .
Customer represantative can give different delivery time because of production situation .
8-Payment standarts L /C ; CAD (avalised).It is determinated on order confirmation form.
9-Loading is changing concerning to customer wishes like FOB /CIF /EXWORK
yn any delaying that caused by transport ; Kimpeks doesn't accept any responsibilities.
10- Solutions of problems and compliments about products will be evaluated regarding to reports which are prepared by international acreditation inspectors according to AQL 2,5 - 4 standarts.
In any problem on colour it will be considered ' Spectrofotmetre test ' results.
11-In case of impropriety or fault goods relaised by buyer ; this situation has to be informed to supplier with in 7 days after delivered goods to buyer . Otherwise Supplier doesn't accept any reponsibilities.
